1. General Policy Overview

At Umama Fashion, we want you to love every piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or replacements of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 7 days of shipment delivery.

2. Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the same product style, subject to stock availability. In the event that a direct exchange is not possible, we will issue a store credit coupon for your next purchase, or process a standard bank refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

While we stringently verify and securely package each order, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately with photographic evidence. We will evaluate such instances on a case-by-case basis to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

4. Order Cancellations
